The smallest of the HotRot range, the 1206, is designed to process food waste from canteens and commercial premises. The standard unit is fed with trolley lift equipment; this feeding can also be done with an integral dewatering unit for higher capacity.

The addition of a feed hopper to the 1811 increases overall plant capacity by providing an automatic 24/7 operation. This system is suitable for on-site applications, small municipal transfer stations or wastewater treatment plants.

Once the composting process is finished, it is necessary to sieve the material through a screen to separate the larger remains that have not finished the composting process in order to achieve a better quality product.
